FinderFixer Terms of Service

Effective Date: 2026 — By using FinderFixer, you agree to the terms below.

Platform Disclosure

FinderFixer is a marketplace platform that connects users with independent professionals (“Pros”). FinderFixer does not perform services, and does not employ, manage, or supervise Pros. Any service agreement is solely between the customer and the Pro.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for all interactions with Pros. You agree to use FinderFixer only for lawful purposes and to comply with applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

FinderFixer is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or timeliness of services provided by Pros, or for any damages or losses arising from interactions or transactions between users and Pros. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinderFixer disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data.

No Warranty

FinderFixer provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FinderFixer harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or your interactions with Pros.

Termination

FinderFixer may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the platform at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
